The latest Government guidance announced that businesses should be working from home where possible starting Monday 13th December 2021. As a result, we will be closing our office from Friday 17th December.
Following this, we will be closing down for Christmas with our last working day being Tuesday 21st December. We will then be hopefully returning to the office on Tuesday 4th January 2022, but of course, we will be monitoring the Government guidelines near that time in case we are required to continue working remotely. If there are any urgent queries between those dates then please get in touch with Karen on the details below and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
We have been happily “meeting” with clients online using Zoom/ Teams or Facetime for video meetings, and this can and will continue as a feature we can offer to all of our clients.
Our staff are all equipped to work fully from home with access to emails and voicemails so there will be no effect on the service we offer our clients and new applications and policy servicing can still be completed online.
